Return Policy
I want you to be very happy with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your online purchase, contact me (sorry no refunds on Custom Orders). I am sure we can work something out. Items must be returned in original condition within 10 days. We will swap it or refund your purchase price, just give me a call first. You will need to provide me with your name, purchase amount, and contact informations in your return package. There may be a 15% restocking fee. Shipping costs and all special orders are non-refundable. Please contact us for pre-approval before shipping. Please wrap the package securely and include the reason for the return. The item should be returned via FedEx, UPS, or Insured Parcel Post. Please allow 2-3 billing cycles for refunds to show up on your credit card.
