I want you to be very happy with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your online purchase, contact me (Sorry, No Refunds on Custom Orders). I am sure we can work something out. Items must be returned in original condition within 10 days. We will swap it or refund your purchase price, just give me a call first. You will need to provide me with your name, purchase amount and contact info in your return package. There may be a 15% restocking fee. Shipping costs and all special orders are non-refundable. Please contact us for pre-approval before shipping. Please wrap the package securely and include the reason for the return along with your contact information. The item should be returned via FedEx, UPS or Insured Parcel Post. Please allow 2-3 billing cycles for refunds to show up on your credit card.
