Special Orders

Special requests, large or small, are always welcome. Please take advantage of the space on the contact form to carefully describe what you are looking for and all the specifics you can come up with including quantity, size, color, and style description. I will respond to your email as promptly as possible.

There is no additional charge for special orders, although you will be asked to pay your invoice in advance. In most cases it will be delivered to your door 10-15 business days from the time of payment. I will do my best to quickly accommodate your request. So please feel free to contact me with any questions or your request. I look forward to speaking with you.

Sizes

All of the artwork is offered in a variety of sizes. Dimensions for current products available are given in the product description. Additionally, I am happy to produce custom sizes upon your request.  Just send an email via contact form.

Quality

All products are created with care.  All metal work is created with a plasma cutter, by hand, not with a fabricated computer system, so your piece is truly hand-crafted. Whether it is metal art, a hand painted product, home decor item or jewelry design, each piece is a labor of love for me.  For any design that has been custom ordered, there are no refunds.

Payment

Ordering is safe, secure and easy using the “PayPal” secure payment gateway (the #1 online payment processing service in the world) for credit card orders. You Will need to join Paypal to pay by credit card (MasterCard, Visa, and American Express) or from your bank account. After deciding on your artwork, simply click on the “Add to cart” button and follow the instructions on your screen through to “Checkout.”

PayPal eCheck Payments: Payment with an eCheck usually takes about 4 business days for it to clear PayPal. Thank you for your patience, and please keep in mind that your order will not ship until PayPal sends notice that the transaction is complete.
